Located near Lemon Grove, Chollas Lake Park is the perfect place to get a bit of exercise and spend time with your kids. It has a children’s playground, plenty of parking and a lake to go fishing in.

The secluded park features thousands of Eucalyptus trees, a picnic area and plenty of spots for people to sit and enjoy the scenery. The 0.8-mile dirt trail around the lake offers runners and walkers the chance to stretch their legs while enjoying the natural setting.

It’s an excellent spot to bring the family on a weekend or a day trip from San Diego.

I have been to the lake a few times and I have always found it to be a fun place for kids and adults alike to go. Its a great place to watch ducks and geese swim in the lake, relax on the lawns and get some fresh air.

This park also has a few different hiking trails that you can take around the lake and if you want to go further there is a small loop trail that takes you back into the hills and even further out on a dirt path to some more hiking trails. The main trail is a easy walk and if you are looking for something with a little more challenge you can take the trail to North Chollas Community Park that takes you behind the lake and on up the hill.

Another good thing about this park is that you can rent a kayak or canoe at the park for a very cheap price to take on the lake. The water is not very deep at all and there is not a lot of current, so this makes it a great choice for kayaking or canoeing.

The lake is also a great place for kids to learn how to fish and have a good time doing it as well. It has two small piers for kids to fish off of, so they don’t have to be worried about getting hit by a boat or anything.

There is a nice playground with a couple of structures for big and small kids, as well as a port o potty that is right next to the playground. The playground is a little old and is made up of rubber and sand but there is plenty of seating.

It is a very nice area to take your kids and have some time for yourself to enjoy the sun, birds and lake. The lake has ducks, geese and coots that come up to the lake to have a good time and fish in the water.

This is a popular park that has a lake to go fishing in and the water is not very deep so it is a great place to take the kids to have some fun. There are also a couple of different fishing piers to go out on and if you have the right equipment the lake is an excellent place to fish as well.
